These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Sigma168 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the online casino, sports betting, and associated digital services operated under the domain sigma168.cam.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the sigma168 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Before processing your first withdrawal, sigma168 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). This process requires the submission of:

• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document); and
• Verification of payment methods used for deposit where applicable.

Sigma168 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required by our licensing obligations or internal risk management procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Sigma168 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: DuitNow instant transfer, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC). All funds deposited into your sigma168 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards obtained through cash advance, or funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Sigma168 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts, or where the withdrawal pattern is inconsistent with normal account activity.

Sigma168 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on sigma168:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, stated as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20). The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is typically RM 250–RM 500 as stated in the promotion terms. Placing bets above this cap during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games and live dealer games may contribute 10–20% or less, as specified in the promotion terms.

The following general provisions apply across all wagering activity on sigma168:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Sigma168 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where the platform's own error has caused an incorrect bet to be placed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session or live betting event, sigma168 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account holder's real money balance.

Sigma168 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Sigma168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• We are required to do so under applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order; or
• The account holder has requested voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination for cause, sigma168 may withhold any outstanding balance pending completion of investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their last registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Account holders who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Following account closure, all associated data will be retained for the periods required by our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance requirements.

Sigma168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered account holders by email or in-platform notification.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued access to or use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sigma168 holds its international gaming licence.
